Responsibilities

• Quote, market and bind small reputed company policies
• Process policy endorsements and account changes
• Handle policy renewals including reviewing renewal terms and communicating with clients
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy questions, changes and billing issues
• Identify cross-selling and account reputed company opportunities
• Quote new small reputed company business as needed
• Collect and verify reputed company information from clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records in reputed company management system ( Hawksoft )
• Respond to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company, reputed company manner
