This role plays an important part in guiding apprentices through reputed company, monitoring their reputed company, and coordinating with reputed company and partners to ensure a reputed company and successful experience. The ideal candidate is organized, reputed company, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting learners across multiple skilled trades. Responsibilities Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction reputed company laborers, and operators reputed company reputed company in reputed company Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules Coordinate logistics and reputed company ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting Collaborate with reputed company and reputed company training partners delivering instruction through: reputed company reputed company Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice reputed company Support new initiatives and process improvements as reputed company reputed company Qualifications Proficiency with workplace productivity tools including: reputed company Workspace reputed company Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines reputed company written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated problem-solving ability and reputed company reputed company Willingness to learn and adapt as new reputed company and responsibilities reputed company Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or training administration Familiarity with tracking learner reputed company and maintaining compliance documentation Comfort working with cross-functional teams and reputed company training partners Familiarity with CRM or LMS platforms such as reputed company or similar systems Bilingual Spanish skills Familiarity with apprenticeship reporting or data systems such as RAPIDS Apply To This Job
