This role will service a reputed company of stakeholders throughout the region and support/partner with the attorney teams and external vendors as part of the reputed company Operations Purchasing and Technology team. This role is either in person in Los Angeles or 100% Remote in PST. What You’ll Do • Own the Purchase Order (PO) process for the entire department globally • Own the supplier reputed company process for the entire department. • reputed company self service guides and training for the department around the areas this role owns • Become SME with the workflows they manage • Own the payment of reputed company reputed company settlements • Co-own the general sponsorship and charitable contributions donation process • Manage incidents and case work-streams for invoices and system inquiries • Process improvements and automation of reputed company processes • Partner with reputed company stakeholder on special purchasing project requests • Create training materials, self service guides, and input into change management and enablement activities • Work across various subject areas and issues, and cross functionally with finance, AP operations, legalops and other teams as needed.
