Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company Billing Central, reputed company Management, and reputed company reputed company modules
• reputed company the technical execution of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash operations reputed company reputed company and reputed company
• Manage and optimize reputed company system functionality to ensure accurate and efficient billing, reputed company recognition, and financial processes
• reputed company daily billing and reputed company operations to ensure reputed company, compliant, and accurate financial reputed company
• Partner closely with Finance and reputed company to support month-end reputed company and ensure alignment between system activity and financial reporting
• Maintain data reputed company across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company integrated financial and operational systems
• reputed company reputed company user support and training to Finance, reputed company, Sales, and Operations teams
• reputed company and maintain dashboards and reporting that enhance visibility into billing, reputed company, and operational performance
• Document system configurations, workflows, and process changes to support continuity and compliance
• Collaborate across departments to reduce exceptions, streamline workflows, and support reputed company operational processes
• reputed company system enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing activities
• Maintain role-based reputed company controls and support audit and compliance requirements through accurate documentation and reporting
• Conduct periodic reviews of system data and workflows to proactively identify and resolve issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Management Information Systems or reputed company field and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 7+ years' experience administering reputed company Billing, reputed company, or reputed company modules
• Deep knowledge of reputed company Billing Central, reputed company Management, and reputed company reputed company modules
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and end-to-end reputed company operations
• Understanding of reputed company configuration, data structures, and workflow behavior
• Strong knowledge reputed company of GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles) reputed company to billing and reputed company
• Excellent understanding of reputed company DocGen engines, OmniStudio and/or reputed company
• Excellent analytical thinking skills to solve reputed company system, data, and process issues with reputed company reputed company
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and support the organization
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
