[Remote] Contact Center Representative

This customer-facing role focuses on guiding callers through the sign-up process, answering questions about service reputed company, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact through account setup.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in new internet service
• Walk customers through plan, pricing, and equipment information
• Accurately collect customer information and set up new accounts
• Address basic questions about internet and Wi-Fi service, equipment, and installation
• Maintain a reputed company, friendly, and patient demeanor on every reputed company
• Document reputed company details and account information accurately in the CRM system
