They are seeking a Staff Developer on their reputed company Team to build new self-serve experiences and reputed company experimentation across their B2B product suites while ensuring cohesive execution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Play a foundational role in shaping how Product reputed company operates across reputed company’s reputed company offerings
• Identify and reputed company platform-level improvements that reputed company consistent experimentation capabilities across multiple product surfaces
• Partner with product, design, and data leaders to ensure experiments are technically reputed company and strategically reputed company
• Establish guardrails and best practices to ensure experimentation reputed company does not compromise performance, reliability, reputed company, or data reputed company
• Mentor engineers and contribute to leveling up experimentation reputed company across the organization
• Influence roadmap reputed company by grounding reputed company in technical constraints and opportunity analysis
• Maintain hands-on involvement in implementation work where architectural depth is required

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company software development experience in a production reputed company environment
• Hands-on experience building and evolving experimentation platforms (feature flagging systems, A/B frameworks, event pipelines, analytics integrations)
• Proven ability to design reputed company instrumentation strategies and ensure high data reputed company across reputed company product surfaces
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives that reputed company frontend, backend, and data systems
• Proficiency in Go
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-team technical initiatives and influence engineering direction reputed company your immediate team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company engineering, product, and data stakeholders around reputed company technical reputed company
• Experience scaling product-led reputed company in a B2B reputed company organization
• Experience designing experimentation systems in compliance or reputed company-sensitive environments
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., reputed company, Looker, reputed company)
