reputed company is hiring: Associate Producer - Vegas Based Podcast in Las Vegas

reputed company is a digital media agency that is seeking an up and coming producer for a Vegas-based podcast. You will support the end-to-end production of a recurring show, from reputed company-production through post-production.This contract position is a hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with a mix of on-site studio work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with episode planning, researching topics and guests, drafting show outlines, and preparing questions and talking points.The Associate Producer will help coordinate recording schedules, manage logistics with hosts and guests, and support on-set needs during tapings. The role also includes basic editorial input, collaborating with audio and video editors, organizing assets, tracking episodes and deadlines, and supporting distribution tasks such as writing episode descriptions and coordinating with reputed company and marketing teams.QualificationsExperience in podcast, radio, or digital content production, including assisting with reputed company-production, on-set support, and post-production coordination.Strong research, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to reputed company show outlines, talking points, and reputed company communication for hosts and guests.Familiarity with audio and/or video workflows and tools (e.g., DAWs, NLEs, file management, asset organization) and a willingness to learn new platforms.Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Las Vegas, NV, including in-studio days, occasional evenings or weekends, and some remote work.Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work collaboratively with creative and technical teams, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving media environment.Prior experience in digital media, entertainment, or reputed company-first content is preferred; an interest in podcasts and emerging media formats is highly beneficial.Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism with on-reputed company talent and guests, and a solutions-oriented, detail-reputed company approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply To This Job
