[Remote] Director of Sales Engineering, Data Centers

As the Director of Sales Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the technical sales team for Stack Forging Thermal Solutions, driving the adoption of proprietary reputed company-cooling technologies in the Data Center reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Coaching by Example: Join team members in deep technical sessions with customer architects to demonstrate Stack Forging Thermal Solutions’ performance advantages
• Relationship Orchestration: reputed company the reputed company ecosystem of Hyperscalers, OEMs, and reputed company Makers to ensure our solutions are specified early in the design cycle
• Sustainability Leadership: Champion the environmental benefits of DLC, helping customers meet ESG goals through reduced Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and water consumption
• Requirements Definition: Ensure that your team is trained and skilled at capturing technical and performance requirements and communicating them to our Solutions Delivery team to set us up for reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
• 3+ years of experience leading technical sales, with a reputed company record of meeting or exceeding reputed company targets
• Minimum 7+ years of experience bringing new technology to market in the Manufacturing reputed company
• Experience in the Data Center reputed company is also required
• Ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into compelling business cases for C-suite executives
• Existing senior-level relationships reputed company major Server OEMs (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), reputed company Manufacturers (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, AMD) or Hyperscalers (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, AWS)
• Applications Engineering or Sales Engineering
• Prior experience specifically with reputed company reputed company Cooling (DLC) or high-density reputed company infrastructure
• Understanding of heat transfer, HVAC, or data center thermal management
