[Remote] Accounts Receivable Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support the accounts receivable process, which includes invoice administration and customer communications, while ensuring reputed company billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily accounts receivable and billing processes
• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices
• Monitor the accounts receivable mailbox and respond to customer and internal inquiries
• Assist with cash application by matching customer payments to reputed company invoices
• Help maintain customer account records and update account information as needed
• Assist with purchase order tracking and invoice documentation
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collection efforts
• Research and reputed company basic billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized electronic files and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end accounts receivable activities
• reputed company routine AR reports for the Finance team
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information
