They are seeking a licensed full-time reputed company Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who is self-motivated and knowledgeable, with strong Personal Lines experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving personal lines policies, including but not limited to, auto and homeowners’ insurance
• Support policy renewals, endorsement and basic policy changes
• Respond to reputed company inquiries and reputed company requests appropriately
• Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members as needed
• Maintain accurate reputed company and policy records in reputed company management system (AMS360)
• Learn to identify coverage needs and support coverage recommendations

Skills

• License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Personal Lines with an independent insurance agency
• Strong working knowledge of AMS360 agency management system
• Some College; No Degree
• License: Property & Casualty (RI or MA)
