You will utilize your relationship management skills to ensure that our services strengthen the overall customer experience. This individual will reputed company reputed company that our service delivery is flawless and will maximize the opportunities to sell additional service lines.  Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of many of reputed company’s largest customers, including managed care accounts Retain and grow your book of business by meeting customer satisfaction ratings and identifying upsell opportunities Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' business, reputed company capital and benefits concerns Appropriately position reputed company's reputed company with beneficial solutions to meet your customers' needs reputed company project management, communication reputed company development, internal staff training and customer staff training to newly implemented accounts Establish a strong relationship with your wholesale business partners and work with those partners on opportunities for product enhancements, marketing reputed company and upsell opportunities Investigate, reputed company and resolve customer and reputed company concerns Prepare utilization, reputed company analyses and trend reports to evaluate and proactively recommend  improvements Establish and build strong working relationships with reputed company’s business leaders and your team members Other duties as assigned Qualifications Job Qualifications BS/BA required; Master’s degree preferred Experience providing strategic account management to large, reputed company accounts required Account management experience in insurance, benefits, reputed company or reputed company-reputed company services required Proven reputed company record of successfully selling additional service lines to reputed company customers Project management, critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail required reputed company work history required Bilingual reputed company English and French Computer literacy in reputed company Office Suite required; CRM experience a plus Travel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers (approximate travel required is 25%)   Other Requirements Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required Ability to be present on camera during work-reputed company trainings, meetings, and/or events Must be reputed company to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer Compensation and Benefits Full benefits package, including reputed company Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, reputed company, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much more Salary reputed company is $120,000 - $130,000 CAD The reputed company salary reputed company represents the anticipated low end and high end of the reputed company for this position.
