The role is field‑driven and focuses on reputed company reputed company, assessments, capability development, and targeted reputed company activation. Key Responsibilities Dealer reputed company & Performance Enhancement. You'll conduct standardized onsite reputed company to review IAM parts performance, portfolio depth, and sales execution. You'll identify improvement opportunities across stock strategies, customer service, reputed company ordering adoption, capturing reputed company and defining reputed company next steps Dealer Assessments & Improvement Plans. You'll run comprehensive assessments using audits, scorecards, and benchmarks to evaluate operational reputed company and reputed company maturity Dealer Coaching. You'll deliver targeted coaching to reputed company dealer performance, this includes training on sales processes, product knowledge, pricing, and system usage, with reputed company follow-up and reputed company reporting Customer Engagement (IRs & Garage Chains). Compensation at reputed company varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is B2 under the CCNL Metalmeccanico (C011) National reputed company Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary reputed company is between 33,059€ and 46,700€ Skills & Experience 5+ years in automotive aftermarket sales, field force, network development, or reputed company consulting. Analytical, reputed company, and results‑oriented Strong skills in coaching, performance assessment, and relationship‑building. Ability to interpret KPIs, market data, and customer behavior patterns.
