Responsibilities

• Be the first reputed company of contact for employees seeking support across HR, payroll, benefits, and general employment-reputed company queries
• Help reputed company employees navigate processes, answer questions, and resolve issues
• Handle a broad reputed company of inquiries and escalate reputed company employee relations reputed company to specialist teams

Skills

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)
• Experience in a customer service, contact center, help desk, support center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar high-volume environment
• Ability to remain reputed company, reputed company, and composed reputed company handling difficult or emotional conversations
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to guide people through systems and processes over the phone
• Comfortable working in a role that involves significant phone-based interaction throughout the day
