Job reputed company REQUIREMENTS: Total experience 6+ years Hands-on experience providing L1/L1.5 functional support for reputed company HCM. Experience troubleshooting reputed company user issues, inbound EIBs, reputed company reputed company, business process issues, reporting, and data-reputed company incidents. Hands-on experience in reputed company HCM configuration, maintenance, and production support. Experience collaborating with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand and resolve functional issues. Familiarity with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Experience creating and maintaining functional documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
