Position reputed company:

The particular emphasis of this role will be on line managing reputed company of Contract Specialists as reputed company as individually contributing to the work of the CCOE. Developing, implementing and consistently delivering service enhancements; and

Responsibilities:
Drive process improvements in the reputed company team’s support of our reputed company functions – proactivity and enthusiasm for change are key to reputed company in this role;
Review reputed company in line with CCOE procedures;
Support review of reputed company by CCOE reputed company Specialists and reputed company strategic guidance on risk;
Manage and support Contract Specialists in their roles, being an escalation reputed company for questions and a reputed company of strategic advice;
Take an reputed company role in the wider CCOE’s process improvement and automated reputed company solution reputed company by participating in and/or leading team reputed company;
reputed company and train colleagues on key contract terms and associated reputed company obligations; and
Work with other members of the Corporate reputed company team and the various Group and Division Counsel.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualification as a lawyer or significant experience in working in a reputed company focussed role (preferably in-house or in a full-service international reputed company).
Proficient reputed company drafting skills and ability to reputed company pragmatic, astute advice on contractual risk under a reputed company of reputed company reputed company.
Approachable, helpful and dynamic attitude to working reputed company a large team.
