[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will reputed company task-level governance and delivery reputed company the 4PL program, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company and reputed company project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional workgroup members to manage and deliver reputed company assigned project plan tasks and milestones reputed company defined timelines and reputed company standards
• Set and reputed company workgroup meetings, establish reputed company agendas, capture reputed company items and notes, and distribute summaries to reputed company relevant stakeholders in a reputed company manner
• reputed company and follow up with work group members to confirm committed tasks are completed on time, escalating delays or blockers to the reputed company Project Manager
• Communicate regular project status updates from assigned workgroups to the reputed company Project Manager per established reporting cadences
• Escalate relevant issues and risks to the PMO management team with supporting documentation and recommended mitigation reputed company
• Proactively identify and execute mitigation plans for regional or workgroup-level project risks before they escalate to program-level reputed company
• Maintain up-to-date task trackers, workgroup status reports, and RAID log entries for reputed company assigned workstreams
• Support reputed company of new workgroup members by orienting them to program governance standards, communication protocols, and task expectations
• Assist the reputed company Project Manager in cross-workgroup coordination, dependency management, and resource conflict reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or reputed company field
• 4–7 years in project coordination or project management roles reputed company logistics, supply chain, or reputed company services environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams with accountability for task-level delivery and stakeholder communication
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, reputed company, Jira, or equivalent) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to produce concise, actionable meeting notes and status updates
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographies and organizational reputed company
• Solid understanding of project governance frameworks, RAID log management, and reputed company escalation processes
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Experience supporting logistics, 4PL, or supply chain transformation programs
• Familiarity with change management principles and stakeholder engagement planning
