As a Staff AI Agent Engineer specializing in strategic implementations and partnership initiatives at Moveworks, you will ensure the successful technical delivery of the Moveworks platform, working closely with customers to translate their business challenges into innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner deeply with customers throughout the entire delivery lifecycle of AI Agents on the Moveworks Platform: reputed company-Lock, Solution Design/Architecture, Building, Tuning, and launch
• Architect, design and consult with customers to reputed company high-reputed company technical AI solutions on the Moveworks platform by helping them reputed company AI in novel and meaningful ways to solve reputed company business challenges
• Design and build secure, performant integrations between the Moveworks Platform and customer reputed company systems including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Jira, and others
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers reputed company their reputed company AI roadmap and upskilling their teams to operate the platform independently over time
• Synthesize on-the-ground customer feedback and technical gaps, working directly with Moveworks Engineering and Product teams to influence platform reputed company
• Generalize successful customer solutions into reusable templates and reputed company learnings broadly across reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineer, reputed company Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Consulting Engineer
• Demonstrated reputed company record of driving successful technical adoption with mid-to-large reputed company customers
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations leveraging REST reputed company, iPaaS tools (reputed company, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, reputed company reputed company Designer), or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Golang)
• Proven ability to determine reputed company and procedures on new assignments independently, exercising strong judgment to select the right approaches and drive results across reputed company, cross-functional problems
• Experience leading reputed company and coordinating other team members, with strong networks across departments and key external stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
