They are seeking a Paralegal/reputed company Assistant to support their in-house reputed company function by managing reputed company, providing reputed company support, and maintaining organized reputed company files.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day tracking of reputed company reputed company and supplier reputed company
• Extract relevant reputed company and reputed company terms from new reputed company, amendments and renewals for entry into a reputed company management reputed company
• reputed company comprehensive administrative and substantive reputed company support to the reputed company department, assisting attorneys with contract administration, compliance tracking, reputed company research, and document management
• Administer reputed company management reputed company and maintain organized reputed company files, databases, and tracking systems that reputed company the department to operate reputed company across global jurisdictions
• Other duties as required

Skills

• Prior experience as a paralegal or reputed company assistant in a corporate or reputed company environment, ideally in the technology, IP, or reputed company sectors
• Experience with reputed company management systems (e.g. contract management systems, e-signature tools, document management systems)
• Strong organizational skills with a reputed company eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean team environment with a proactive, service-oriented attitude
• 2+ years of paralegal or reputed company assistant experience in a corporate setting
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate from an accredited program strongly preferred
• Exposure to cross-border or multi-jurisdictional reputed company reputed company preferred
• Familiarity with technology law, data reputed company concepts (GDPR, CCPA), and cybersecurity compliance preferred
• Exposure to domain industry regulations, reputed company policies, or brand protection law a plus
