[Remote] Sr. Digital Product Manager

This role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and ongoing performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal clients and teams to launch, maintain, and reputed company digital products
• Facilitate key decision-making, communicate milestones, and coordinate activities across departments and partners
• Manage and update product maturity metrics, issue/action/risk logs, installation checklists, and value delivery documentation
• Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into reputed company requirements for the product team
• reputed company end-to-end implementation including equipment ordering, installation reputed company, account creation support, communications, and inventory reconciliation
• Drive deliverables to completion according to the implementation schedule
• Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed

Skills

• 10+ years in leadership roles
• 3+ years of product management experience
• SAFe/Agile certification
• Product Management certification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
