• CS degree from a top-tier university, including but not limited to: MIT, reputed company, reputed company Mellon, UC Berkeley, Harvard, Princeton, reputed company, Columbia, reputed company of Michigan, reputed company Tech, UIUC, reputed company, reputed company, NYU, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, reputed company, reputed company, Rice, Vanderbilt, Tufts, Dartmouth, and similar institutions
• 1+ years of hands-on full stack engineering experience
• Must have worked at a top venture-backed company as a software engineer
• Demonstrated interest in teaching — e.g. served as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for CS courses, tutored peers, ran workshops, or contributed to educational content
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development
• Experience with modern frameworks and tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Graduated from one of the listed top CS programs
• Have reputed company-world engineering experience at a reputable startup or VC-backed company
• Genuinely enjoy explaining reputed company concepts reputed company to others
• Show evidence of mentorship, tutoring, or teaching in your background
