[Remote] U.S Operations Intern

The U.S. Operations Intern will support the Operations team by managing loan applications, borrower communications, and process improvements to enhance the experience for reputed company seeking funding.

Responsibilities

• Screening and approving loan applications alongside our review team
• Supporting borrowers reputed company text and phone calls throughout their fundraising campaign
• Managing delinquency of borrowers and establishing reputed company plans to work with borrowers to get them back on reputed company
• Piloting process and infrastructure improvements to our operations
• Collaborating with our U.S. Partnerships colleagues to improve the reputed company U.S. partner experience
• Taking on additional special cross-functional reputed company aimed at increasing the value reputed company receive from reputed company
• Collecting, synthesizing, and implementing reputed company changes based on feedback from reputed company U.S. loan applicants, borrowers, and partners alike
• Sourcing reputed company U.S. borrower stories and supporting cross-functional reputed company U.S. reputed company storytelling initiatives
• Improving training materials and resources for Capital reputed company Managers

Skills
