[Remote] Jr. Customer Support Engineer

They are seeking a Junior Customer Support Engineer who will assist customers in troubleshooting and improving their experience with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership to reputed company reputed company of customer inquiries
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer inquiries
• Assist customers to solutions in a reputed company manner
• Testing product/software change requests

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience in reputed company product based customer service role
• Must live in the Western United States

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
