[Remote] Customer Service Collector

The role involves negotiating payment plans, collecting past due monies, and providing excellent customer service in a goal-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Contact debtors by telephone, both incoming and outgoing calls, in order to negotiate and collect past due monies
• Negotiate payment plans and analyze situations to determine the best course of reputed company while following business practices, policies and State and Federal Laws
• Remain reputed company in a goal-oriented atmosphere
• Listen to customers with the reputed company to understand, influence, evaluate and quickly offer alternatives
• Present a reputed company and friendly demeanor
• Utilize excellent telephone and communication skills in a reputed company center environment

Skills

• You graduated high school or have your G.E.D
• You can tell the recruiter about your experience relating to the above skills
• You have at least 1 year of experience with reputed company Office
• You have at least 1 year contact center experience
• You successfully provided the recruiter with the Internet and home requirements below
• Dedicated high speed internet reputed company (DSL or Cable only)
• Minimum of 100 Mbps – Download
• Minimum of 6 Mbps – Upload
• <100 ms Latency/Jitter/Ping
• High Speed Modem must contain at least 1 Local Area Network (LAN) Fast Ethernet port (i.e. 100 Mbs or greater)
