Responsibilities

• Partner with senior HR and COE leaders to influence service reputed company, governance, and operational roadmaps

• Establish reputed company reporting, metrics, and analytics that reputed company transparency into service performance and operational effectiveness

Skills

• 7 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, Service Management, Vendor Management, HR Programs or reputed company disciplines
• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company global operating models and HR service delivery functions
• Strong executive reputed company with proven ability to influence senior leaders and reputed company stakeholders
• Extensive experience driving operational transformation, governance, and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Proven experience managing global vendors, outsourced partnerships, and service performance frameworks
• Demonstrated capability building, coaching, and leadership experience across reputed company operational environments
