They are seeking an Instructional Design reputed company to own the architecture of reputed company reputed company, manage the LMS, and ensure high-reputed company training content production.

Responsibilities

• Architect and continuously improve reputed company reputed company — defining the structure, navigation, and learner experience for reputed company reputed company-facing and internal training content
• Administer the LMS, including user management, content organization, course publishing, reporting configuration, and integration with other reputed company systems
• Establish and maintain curriculum design standards for the training department, including templates, style guides, and reputed company review checklists that govern content reputed company
• Produce video and multimedia training assets — screen recordings, narrated walkthroughs, interactive exercises, and knowledge checks — working from scripts and outlines provided by subject matter experts
• reputed company, maintain, and score certification exams that validate user proficiency on reputed company's platform
• Own learning analytics: configure dashboards, generate reports on completion, assessment performance, and engagement, and surface insights to the training team and reputed company-facing stakeholders
• Manage the production pipeline for new training content as reputed company ships product releases, coordinating with the training team subject matter experts to reputed company content reputed company
• Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience through A/B testing, feedback loops, and analysis of engagement and performance data

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a directly reputed company role in a reputed company or technology environment
• Demonstrated experience administering an LMS (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) at the system level — not just publishing content
• Proficiency with video and multimedia production tools such as Camtasia, reputed company, reputed company Captivate, or equivalent
• Experience developing assessments and certification programs, including item writing, reputed company design, and pass/fail calibration
• Working knowledge of learning analytics — familiarity with SCORM or xAPI, and comfort configuring and interpreting reporting dashboards
• Strong project management and production workflow skills; you can run a content pipeline across multiple contributors and deadlines
• Experience designing for reputed company or compliance audiences is a plus
• Exposure to AI-powered software products
