[Remote] Supply Chain Consultant

The role involves engaging with executive stakeholders, leading consulting engagements, and defining transformation strategies to enhance Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executive stakeholders (CXO/C-Level) to understand business objectives, present consulting offerings, and reputed company strategic recommendations
• Lead Supply Chain consulting engagements independently, ensuring successful delivery while managing reputed company stakeholders across multiple organizational reputed company
• Define Supply Chain transformation strategies, reputed company operating models, and implementation roadmaps reputed company with business goals
• Conduct business process assessments, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process harmonization across Supply Chain functions
• Recommend and design technology-enabled reputed company leveraging industry-leading COTS platforms and ERP systems
• Identify process improvement opportunities, reputed company business cases, and convert consulting engagements into qualified transformation initiatives
• Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives by contributing to solution development, thought leadership, proposal creation, and reputed company-sales activities
• reputed company reusable consulting assets, frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and solution quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support large-scale digital transformation programs across global Supply Chain organizations

Skills

• Strong domain expertise in one or more Supply Chain functional areas, including Supply Planning, Procurement, Distribution (Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics), and Order Management, preferably gained reputed company the consulting practices of leading organizations such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar firms
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, with exposure to one or more sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, reputed company, or Process Manufacturing
• Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect and/or Functional Consultant for one or more leading COTS reputed company, such as reputed company, reputed company, o9 Solutions, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
• Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain modules reputed company leading ERP platforms, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics 365, or equivalent
• Experience delivering at least two end-to-end COTS solution implementations, with responsibilities spanning solution design, business process mapping, configuration support, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• APICS certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, or equivalent Supply Chain certifications are highly preferred
