[Remote] Lead Backend Engineer - W2, CTH Role

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to guide the architecture and technical direction for reputed company applications. The role involves designing end-to-end solutions, mentoring engineers, and implementing best practices in a remote contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for reputed company AWS/Node.js/React applications, integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into modern reputed company platforms
• Design, build, and own end-to-end solutions using Node.js (TypeScript), React/Next.js, AWS reputed company, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
• reputed company secure, production-reputed company GenAI solutions (RAG, LLM integrations, AI infrastructure, observability, and governance)
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into reputed company, maintainable solutions
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, and operational reputed company
• Mentor engineers, lead Agile ceremonies, reputed company code reviews, and influence technical reputed company across teams
• Build event-driven, serverless, and asynchronous architectures leveraging AWS messaging services and NoSQL/relational databases
• Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and production support using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and modern observability practices
