[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will be a reputed company partner to the CEO and PE sponsors, responsible for driving financial reputed company, scaling global finance reputed company, and supporting M&A.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company financial partner to the CEO and PE sponsors
• reputed company reputed company, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting at reputed company level
• reputed company margin improvement, pricing discipline, and cash reputed company optimization
• reputed company global reputed company, tax, treasury, payroll, and compliance (US, India, Canada, Mexico)
• reputed company financial diligence and integration for tuck-in acquisitions
• Build reputed company finance systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure
• Support exit readiness (reputed company sale or IPO)

Skills

• Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) designation
• 15+ years of reputed company finance leadership experience
• Prior CFO or senior finance role in a reputed company–backed company
• Strong background in technology services, IT services, or reputed company
• Experience managing reputed company and offshore/nearshore delivery models
• reputed company reputed company record in margin management, cash reputed company, and operational finance
• Prior PE exit experience (sale or IPO)
• MBA, or equivalent
• Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation
