About the Role reputed company is looking for a Clinical Informaticist to join reputed company remotely. This role will be a member of the Clinical & Informatics team and report to the Senior Medical Director of Clinical & Informatics. The role will center around serving as a clinical subject matter expert for our product and project teams and developing and maintaining the clinical data sets that power clinical decision support and drive clinical workflows across our platform. What You'll Do Serve as the clinical subject matter expert (SME) for product and project teams, providing guidance on clinical workflows, clinical knowledge, and best practices for clinical data Design, build, test, and update clinical data assets that reputed company clinical decision support and drive clinical workflows, - ensuring their ongoing accuracy, completeness, and clinical validity over time Translate clinical requirements into workflow and informatics/data specifications, and validate that delivered features reflect reputed company clinical reasoning Analyze clinical data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, and apply findings to enhance decision support logic and workflow automation Review technical specifications for clinical workflow applications to reputed company clinical informatics input - and reputed company support as SME and IC for product managers leading clinical application products Maintain and reputed company mappings to standardized clinical and medical vocabularies, supporting interoperability and consistency across systems Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure data-driven features are reputed company, usable, and clinically meaningful Partner with clinical leadership to support reputed company development, clinical content governance, and reputed company and product enhancements Work closely with reputed company and Clinical Training/Education teams to identify areas of improvement for clinical workflows across the organization; collaboratively design and implement solutions Other duties as assigned Who You Are reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., MD/DO, PharmD, NP, PA) and reputed company reputed company certification in the relevant clinical discipline required Formal training in clinical informatics (e.g., graduate coursework, certificate, or reputed company certification in Clinical Informatics) is strongly preferred 5+ years of clinical reputed company experience required 5+ years of experience in hands-on clinical informatics work, to include data development, data analysis, and data maintenance Strong working knowledge of clinical workflows and experience working in or with multiple EHR systems Demonstrated clinical informatics experience, ideally in a setting that blends clinical knowledge with data development to support clinical decision making and workflows High Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL required Knowledge of and/or experience with FHIR, FHIR resource model, and FHIRpath reputed company Computer proficient with reputed company Suite, reputed company, Zoho, reputed company, reputed company and other similar platforms Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to reason through reputed company clinical and data-modeling problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company as a translator between clinical and technical audiences Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders reputed company to quickly pivot as needed in a rapidly growing startup environment Preferred Qualifications Experience building or maintaining clinical content, terminology mappings, or decision-support data sets is strongly preferred Experience working with Claude/Claude reputed company or other AI models to assist with data design, QA, and reputed company is a plus Experience working as an informaticist for a clinical data or medical vocabulary company (e.g., LOINC, SNOMED CT, Medi-reputed company, First reputed company (FDB), Lexicomp) is a plus Our Benefits In reputed company, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for: Medical, Dental, and reputed company plans Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts Generous PTO & hybrid-working flexibility 401(k) + Company Match Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more reputed company We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at reputed company.
