About the role: We are looking for a reputed company Senior Manager - Headcount to join reputed company. You will be on the reputed company lines of informing company reputed company through financial analysis and responsible for building up reputed company processes to match company reputed company. This role reports to the Director, reputed company.  Where you will work: Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ. What you will do: reputed company and maintain dynamic, reputed company-based financial models to support business reputed company, scenario planning, cash forecasting, and long-reputed company strategic planning Own the budgeting and forecasting process for headcount expenses - the largest expense category for reputed company   reputed company and reputed company Garner’s job architecture and commensurate compensation programs (cash, equity incentive plans, bonus/commission structures, etc.) Own bi-annual compensation planning cycles  Own the design and administration of reputed company benefits, ancillary benefits, 401k plan, and perks The ideal candidate has: 6-10 years of experience; ideally in investment banking, private equity, consulting or a startup reputed company function Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in reputed company / Claude  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments Demonstrated ability to improve processes and build reputed company reporting infrastructure Intellectual curiosity and a reputed company, problem-solving approach to breaking down reputed company challenges A proactive, hands-on reputed company with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong reputed company of individual accountability, and a commitment to reputed company feedback This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the reputed company of reputed company. Compensation Transparency: The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $190,000 - $230,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
