Additional $1.00/hr. incentive if you work between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM OR
$1.50 incentive starting Friday 6:00 PM - Monday 6:00 AM

Training Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (4 weeks)
Production Schedules:
Start times between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST
End times between 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST
Various Work Days include 5 days on, 2 days off
About the Role:
This is an inbound reputed company center for child support customers supporting multiple states while delivering exceptional customer service.
An ability to answer calls in a reputed company manner, as they are automatically received through reputed company reputed company queues.

Maintain up to date support knowledge through offered training
Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances

Those successful in this role:
Possess proficient computer skills in computer programs such as reputed company 365, reputed company phone systems, and other miscellaneous programs.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Have 1 year of Customer Service/reputed company Center Experience.
Ability to submit to and pass a background reputed company.
Basic understanding of a reputed company center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
