Medical Assistant - Care Team Coordinator

Additional earnings through monthly productivity incentives. Care Team Coordinators are compensated based on monthly CCM productivity and patient engagement activities. Example: A Care Team Coordinator managing a full patient panel may earn significantly more than the guaranteed minimum through productivity-based compensation.
