Senior Database Administration Analyst

Database Administrator (reputed company, SQL & Multiplatform) About the Role   We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in reputed company, SQL Server, and other database platforms to manage, optimize, and secure our reputed company data systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of databases while supporting business applications and development teams.  Responsibilities    Database Management Install, configure, and maintain reputed company, SQL Server, and other DB platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).  reputed company upgrades, patches, and migrations across environments.  Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.  Data reputed company & Compliance Implement and maintain database reputed company policies, user reputed company controls, and encryption standards.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).  Backup & Recovery Design and manage backup/recovery strategies.  reputed company disaster recovery planning and testing.  Performance Optimization Analyze query performance and optimize SQL reputed company.  Configure indexing, partitioning, and caching strategies.  Collaboration & Support Work closely with developers to design efficient schemas and queries.  reputed company production support and troubleshoot database issues.  Document processes, standards, and best practices.  Requirements  Required   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field.  5+ years of experience as a DBA with reputed company and SQL Server.  Strong knowledge of relational database design, normalization, and indexing.  Proficiency in SQL scripting, PL/SQL, and TSQL.  Experience with database monitoring tools (OEM, SQL Profiler, etc.).  Familiarity with reputed company database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, reputed company reputed company).    Preferred    Exposure to NoSQL databases (reputed company, Cassandra).  Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).  Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.    Soft Skills    Excellent communication and documentation abilities.  Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams.  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.      Flexible Working  At reputed company, we want you to be yourself.
