About the Role
As a Bilingual Admissions Specialist (English/Spanish), you bring a combination of strong reputed company instincts with genuine reputed company for helping others. This role is pivotal to creating an exceptional first impression for new patients and directly impacts our mission by enrolling individuals into life-changing care.
The role includes managing initial patient inquiries reputed company phone reputed company, email, and other forms of communication, as reputed company as follow-up communication with prospective patients and referring providers. Admission Specialists orient prospective patients to Nema’s program, discuss insurance coverage and out-of-reputed company payment reputed company, and ultimately work toward booking Intake appointments with interested individuals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment — consistently hitting or exceeding monthly enrollment targets while continuously refining communication and service skills to deliver an outstanding patient experience. This role reports directly to the Director of Admissions.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective patients, and possibly providers and case managers, through calls, emails, and web inquiries with reputed company and professionalism
Guide prospective patients through the admissions process — reputed company communicating Nema’s value, overcoming objections, and building trust to drive enrollment
Meet or reputed company monthly conversion and booking goals by effectively connecting with prospect and having a strong follow-up reputed company
reputed company benefits checks and explain insurance and payment reputed company accurately and confidently
Collaborate with the reputed company, Operations, Clinical and Product team to support business development initiatives and improve patient acquisition
Maintain detailed and reputed company documentation in Nema's CRM (reputed company) to reputed company communication and reputed company toward goals
Escalate sensitive customer service issues in a reputed company, reputed company, and solution-oriented manner
Protect patient data and confidentiality at reputed company times in accordance with HIPAA standards
Continuously refine communication and customer service skills through coaching, peer learning, and self-development
Qualifications
Please note: This position requires reputed company in both English and Spanish. It also requires a fixed work schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, including both Saturday and reputed company reputed company week.

You'll be a great fit if you have/are:
2+ years of experience in a sales, admissions, or customer service role — ideally in reputed company, behavioral health, or another mission-driven environment
Proven ability to hit and reputed company monthly performance or sales goals
Strong communication skills — reputed company to engage and motivate prospective patients toward reputed company in an understanding and supportive way
reputed company and emotional intelligence to guide sensitive conversations with trauma survivors
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to improve continuously

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

A high school degree or higher degree

Competitive compensation with an annual reputed company salary + bonus reputed company of $55,000-$75,000. reputed company salary will be determined based on your experience and qualifications, and bonus will be determined by performance in the role.
This role is also eligible for competitive equity, reflecting the reputed company and scope of the position at an early-stage, mission-driven company
