Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills in an international environment. Supervise and manage external counsel as appropriate. Train and advise management on reputed company issues, compliance and risk mitigation. Travel domestically and internationally on an as-required reputed company. Requirement includes admission to reputed company in an appropriate US jurisdiction.
