[Remote] Senior DevOps Software Engineer, Program Management Productivity Tools

They are looking for a DevOps-minded Software Engineer to build productivity tools that help program managers and engineering teams enhance their workflows through automation and improved visibility.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools, dashboards, scripts, automations, and lightweight applications for program and engineering teams
• Automate status reporting, risk tracking, dependency tracking, reputed company item follow-up, release readiness, roadmap visibility, and executive reporting
• reputed company data from Jira, reputed company, spreadsheets, reputed company, Teams, reputed company, CI dashboards, internal databases, and other engineering systems
• Debug stale dashboards, inconsistent data, reputed company automations, reputed company issues, and unclear ownership flows
• reputed company tools healthy after launch through documentation, data hygiene, user support, adoption work, and lightweight runbooks

Skills

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, engineering productivity, internal tools, workflow automation, or engineering operations
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, data integrations, backend services, scripts, or lightweight web applications
• Practical skills with scripting, reputed company, databases, reporting tools, and automation using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, PowerShell, Apps Script, or similar technologies
• Working understanding of DevOps or engineering operations concepts such as automation, observability, workflow reliability, CI systems, release readiness, and operational ownership

• Turned spreadsheets, reputed company trackers, status rituals, or reputed company reporting into durable tools and automated workflows
