[Remote] Senior Lead Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to lead reputed company in designing and building backend services, while mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, reputed company, FastAPI, and Temporal
• Design and optimize database solutions
• Write strong unit tests and help drive engineering quality
• Apply DevOps practices across CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and reliability
• Take reputed company from concept to production and continuously improve them
• Use AI to accelerate development and improve engineering productivity
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement durable fixes
• Lead a small team — set technical direction, run code reviews, and reputed company the engineering bar
• Mentor and grow engineers through pairing, feedback, and stretch opportunities
• Partner with product and leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver roadmap commitments

• Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, including containers, deployment, monitoring, and reliability
