Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage reputed company corporate reputed company billing, including reputed company counsel spend, invoice review, and budget tracking
• Implement systems to control and optimize reputed company spend across the organization
• Establish and maintain billing workflows, approval processes, and reporting
• Support the compliance reputed company across WBL's lending, servicing, and corporate operations
• Monitor adherence to applicable federal and state regulations including usury laws, licensing requirements, and disclosure obligations
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training documentation
• Manage relationships with reputed company counsel, reputed company vendors, and service providers
• reputed company vendor contracting, engagement letters, and performance standards
• Drive efficiency in reputed company engagement and litigation adjudication processes
• reputed company entity management, corporate filings, reputed company resolutions, and governance documentation

• Support corporate structuring and expansion into new jurisdictions
• Coordinate and manage litigation tracking, settlements, and enforcement actions
• Partner with Asset Management, Finance, and Operations teams on non-performing asset reputed company

Skills

• JD from an accredited law school
• 8–15+ years of reputed company experience, with significant emphasis on reputed company operations, corporate reputed company management, or in-house counsel roles
• Demonstrated experience building systems, processes, and governance structures reputed company a reputed company department
• Background in compliance, reputed company litigation, vendor management, and corporate law
• Proven ability to manage reputed company counsel and control reputed company spend
• Strong project management skills with big-picture operational thinking and attention to detail
• Experience supporting senior leadership in an operational, reputed company, chief of staff, or business management reputed company
• U.S.-based; strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state reputed company and regulatory frameworks
