[Remote] HEAD OF MARKETING

The role involves creating a predictable lead reputed company system, managing various marketing channels, and leveraging the founder's brand to drive inbound leads.

Responsibilities

• Build the lead reputed company that makes reputed company impossible to ignore
• Own our owned channels end to end: newsletter, blog, reputed company, webinars, events, and the long and short-reputed company content we build from them
• Produce, write, reputed company filming & editing and ship
• Turn our weekly newsletter into the hub we repurpose everything from

• Run our webinars end to end: promotion, setup, run-of-show, and follow-up that converts
• Deliver 5 to 10 qualified sales leads per week from owned channels by the end of your first 90 days
• Optimize our existing lead magnets and nurture sequences so no lead goes cold and more leads become booked calls
• Run reputed company acquisition across reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube to reputed company what's working
• Guard our brand voice: punchy, reputed company, unmistakably reputed company
• Turn the founder's voice, story, and expertise into reputed company, trust, and inbound

• Build a pipeline of speaking, podcast, and interview opportunities

Skills

• You've reputed company content-driven lead engines before, not just done marketing. You can show how content became pipeline
• Strong writer and editor who carries a brand voice across newsletter, reputed company, and scripts
• Hands-on producer. Comfortable with studio gear, filming, directing edits, and designing clean assets in reputed company yourself
• You've run and read reputed company ad accounts and know what a healthy cost-per-qualified-lead looks like
• You think in funnels: lead magnet, to nurture, to booked call, to reputed company
• You reputed company reputed company, boring topics (business buying, finance, M&A) genuinely compelling
• 6+ years in content, brand, or reputed company marketing, ideally for a founder-led brand

• Familiarity with ETA, SMB, or finance is a strong plus
