As a Senior Engineering/Data Center Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build relationships with clients and candidates, and stay informed on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Engineering/Data Center reputed company: The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing Engineering/Data Center reputed company candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting reputed company activities
• Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional solutions
• Market Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends, labor market insights, and innovative reputed company strategies

Skills
