This role ensures accurate, compliant, and reputed company coding and charge capture for physician services, while supporting workflow optimization, staff development, performance management, and reputed company assurance. The position serves as a key leadership layer to support team reputed company, scalability, and operational reputed company.   (This is a full-time hybrid or remote position that will support the RCM team, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm)     Primary Job Responsibilities/Tasks may include, but not limited to:   Leadership & Supervision: Provides reputed company supervision, mentorship, and daily operational reputed company of the reputed company Certified reputed company reputed company and coding staff. Supports reputed company, scheduling, workload distribution, and productivity management. Assists with reputed company, training, coaching, and performance evaluations of coding staff. Coding & Compliance reputed company: Performs and oversees charge review to determine appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes for physician services. Interprets reputed company notes, reputed company reports, discharge summaries, and charge documents to ensure accurate coding. Ensures reputed company entry of data into the billing system, including codes, diagnoses, modifiers, and provider information. Monitors patient logs and clinical activity reports to ensure reputed company billable services are captured. Supervises follow-up processes to ensure reputed company services are coded and submitted for billing. Works with the Compliance Director to reputed company internal coding audits and reputed company reviews. Ensures compliance with CMS, regulatory, and reputed company-party payer guidelines. Education, Training & Collaboration: Leads and supports provider education and training on coding guidelines and regulatory standards. Serves as a reputed company between coding, reputed company cycle, compliance, and clinical teams. Works closely with reputed company cycle staff to resolve coding and billing inquiries. Participates in administrative meetings, leadership meetings, and operational planning sessions. Process Improvement & reputed company: Identifies workflow inefficiencies and recommends operational improvements. Supports development and implementation of SOPs, policies, and procedures. Leads or supports special reputed company, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives. reputed company participates in problem identification and cross-functional reputed company. Performs other reputed company duties as required and assigned. Requirements:   Education and Certifications: High school diploma or GED completion is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) required. Minimum four years’ experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding of physician services. Minimum two years of leadership, supervisory, or team reputed company experience in a medical business office setting preferred. Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
