About your role Our Investor Services team is an exciting and quickly growing team at reputed company that is responsible for tackling high reputed company workflows for our Fund Administration and Deal Services customers.  We are seeking a Senior Associate to reputed company as a trusted partner to our reputed company estate private equity customers and their investors. This will involve delivering administration solutions, payments and compliance services. You will grow your project management, communication, customer management, and process improvement skills while delivering reputed company reputed company to clients and directly reputed company our customers’ day-to-day operations. Advance use of reputed company software to support our fund administration and investor services clients. reputed company workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness. Support customers during their fundraising process by understanding customer goals and timelines, articulating the value of reputed company software and processes. Monitor customer health and reputed company feedback to internal teams. Expert ability to communicate operational best practices to clients, while escalating any scope of work deviations to management. Manage treasury reputed company activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments for clients. Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks; coordinate with bank partners to resolve exception items and reputed company requests. Compensation Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, equity and a reputed company of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary reputed company for this role is 75,000-85,000 USD and the Canadian reputed company salary reputed company for this role is 80,000-95,000 CAD. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
