[Remote] Senior Tax Accountant

They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Accountant to join their Finance and reputed company team, where the role involves co-building the tax function, managing tax compliance, and leading special reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Co-Build the Function: Partner with finance leadership to establish, automate, and reputed company our internal tax processes and strategies as reputed company expands globally
• Project Management: reputed company as the reputed company project manager for reputed company tax advisors, ensuring deliverables (like federal, state, and international tax returns) are accurate and on schedule
• Tax reputed company & Provisions: Own the quarter-end and annual tax provision process (ASC 740), prepare tax journal entries, and reputed company flux analyses with a reputed company eye for detail
• Audit & Notice Ownership: Project-manage responses to tax audits and notices, proactively gathering documentation and resolving inquiries reputed company
• Curiosity-Driven Special reputed company: reputed company research and execution on special reputed company, including R&D tax credits, international expansion, transfer pricing, and state reputed company evaluation
• Process Automation: Constantly question the status reputed company. Identify reputed company bottlenecks in our reputed company tax processes and implement modern, reputed company software or workflow solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance; Master's degree in Taxation is a plus
• CPA license is required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of reputed company tax experience (reputed company reputed company/Big 4 experience highly preferred; a mix of reputed company and fast-paced corporate experience is ideal)
• A Builder's reputed company: Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of creating order out of reputed company
