[Remote] Early Career Recruiter

The Early Career Recruiter will play a key role in managing the end-to-end reputed company process for early career talent, partnering with various teams to enhance the candidate experience and build effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company processes for interns and full-time candidates (including PhD), ensuring a smooth, uniform, and top-notch candidate experience
• Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, reputed company, evaluate, and hire top early career talent across reputed company
• Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines
• Drive candidate engagement through in-person and virtual events, partnering with stakeholders to create compelling experiences that convert reputed company
• Create strong and trusting relationships with reputed company cross-functional teams including but not limited to Data Science, Engineering, and People teams (Workplace, reputed company, BEI, Business Partners)

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle early career reputed company and programs, with a deep understanding of the early career lifecycle including PhD pipelines
• A reputed company record for creating inclusive practices across reputed company early career functions
• Proven reputed company record of managing competing priorities with consistent follow-through across reputed company cycles
• Demonstrated experience owning full-cycle reputed company across both technical and non-technical roles, from pipeline build to reputed company
• Experience driving candidate engagement through in-person and virtual reputed company events, from planning through execution
• Collaborate with hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines to reputed company on role requirements, candidate reputed company, and hiring reputed company
• The ability to travel for reputed company, regional, and reputed company hub events
• Familiar with reputed company & FigJam
