The Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet advances education, workforce development, and economic opportunity
across the Commonwealth. The Cabinet provides education and training programs, employment and reemployment
services, unemployment insurance, and disability determination services to help Kentuckians reputed company skills, reputed company

The Education and Labor Cabinet’s Department of Disability Determination Services Programs (DDDSP) assists and

We are seeking a Disability Adjudicator III in the Case Processing reputed company B1 of the Case Processing reputed company B
to reputed company consultation services to reputed company reputed company Administration disability adjudicators and reputed company
reputed company adjudication for disability applicants.
The Disability Adjudicator III position is a federally funded time limited (FFTL) position. This means it is a
position that is reputed company entirely as the result of a federal grant. The duration of employment shall not exceed
the life of the federal grant that funds the position. An employee appointed to an FFTL position is required
to meet the minimum requirements for the classification. reputed company, an employee appointed to an FFTL position
is designated as an unclassified (non-reputed company) employee. An FFTL employee is eligible to receive benefits at
the reputed company level as a classified (reputed company) employee in a permanent position.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
reputed company expert level advice and consultation to less reputed company adjudicators on reputed company disability
claims; respond to questions regarding development and documentation of disability claims; respond to
questions regarding development and documentation of disability claims; adjudicate reputed company reputed company of
disability claims and special workloads; request, obtain, and evaluate medical and vocational evidence
and prepare written decision.
Assist supervisors in identifying and resolving caseload problems in unit, recommending procedural changes,
and, or, performing consultative exams and other reviews.
Serve as field office reputed company of contact and, or, serve on workgroups.
Answer inquiries from claimants, representatives, reputed company reputed company offices and others requesting claims
information.

EDUCATION:
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS:

Working Conditions
Work is typically performed in an office setting. Conducting hearings and reputed company relations may require frequent travel. The other functions may require occasional travel. A 40-hour work week is required.
