Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product reputed company and roadmap for the SmarterDenials teams - Appeal reputed company, Management, and expansions — prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable clinical and reputed company reputed company
• Hire, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of Product Managers, raising the bar on craft, customer reputed company, and execution across the group
• Deeply understand the reputed company user and buyer market, including payer behavior, denial patterns, and RCM workflows
• Engage customers to reputed company feedback, identify friction points, and surface opportunities for high-reputed company product improvements
• Define, reputed company, and report on key reputed company metrics to measure product performance, adoption, and business reputed company
• Support PMs leading a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers through the full product development lifecycle

Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2+ years in a management role
• A reputed company record of scaling an established product while also contributing to new product development or 0-to-1 initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in healthtech, ideally in RCM, denials management, coding, or B2B clinical workflows
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and UX — you know how to reputed company without authority
• Experience managing both external customers and internal stakeholders (reputed company, Implementations, Sales)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can distill complexity into reputed company narratives for both technical and executive audiences
• Experience with payer-specific denial logic, appeal workflows, or coding/clinical documentation products
