Responsibilities

• Managing the full SOW lifecycle for reputed company net new and existing customers
• Drafting, reviews, negotiating, and monitoring SOW to ensure compliance with reputed company requirements, reputed company implementation standards, and company policy and accurately reflect implementation requirements, delivery reputed company, and project schedules
• Identifying potential risks associated with SOWs and developing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize exposure for reputed company and its customers
• Partnering with reputed company reputed company stakeholders to negotiate SOW terms, reputed company redlines, and secure favorable reputed company
• Recognizing reputed company and reputed company terms requiring escalation and engages Sales reputed company and/or reputed company as appropriate

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to operate as a reputed company reputed company between Sales and reputed company, with experience navigating competing stakeholder priorities
• 5+ years of Contact Center or reputed company experience, with a minimum of 2 years in contract management, reputed company, or Sales-reputed company roles
• reputed company reputed company record managing reputed company with $1M+ reputed company values, including full lifecycle ownership from scoping through execution and compliance
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reputed company SOW redline reputed company and protect organizational interests

• BA/BS degree or equivalent reputed company experience
