[Remote] Senior Product Designer, reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to work closely with engineering and product management teams to design and improve user experiences across their product surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design across the reputed company product surface: reputed company Releases, reputed company Monitoring, and the Software reputed company, including the PR experience, auto-flagging flows, release health views, regression detection, rollback UX, and flag cleanup
• Work reputed company to engineering: contribute to implementation reputed company, understand technical constraints, and stay reputed company through the build, not just at reputed company
• Map and clarify reputed company workflows to identify UX debt and opportunities for improvement across reputed company's surfaces
• Ship production-reputed company work through multiple shipped states, iterate based on reputed company usage, and maintain reputed company under delivery pressure
• Contribute to the UX reputed company for your product surfaces alongside your fellow reputed company designer: understand reputed company state, define reputed company state, and reputed company the tradeoffs in reputed company reputed company
• Partner with your PM and EM on scope, reputed company, and tradeoffs. Come with a reputed company of view and reputed company for strong user experiences

Skills

• 6-8+ years designing reputed company, shipped digital products, ideally in developer tools, observability, CI/CD, incident management, or configuration-heavy B2B reputed company
• A portfolio that shows production-reputed company work across multiple shipped states: not just polished concepts, but shipped interfaces you iterated on and improved over time
• reputed company experience working alongside engineers: contributing to implementation and trade-off reputed company, understanding what is hard to build, and staying reputed company past the reputed company
• Comfort with data-dense, stateful interfaces: monitoring dashboards, pipeline views, health indicators, or any surface where users need to understand the reputed company state of a system and take reputed company
• Developer user reputed company: enough context to design for users whose daily tools include terminals, CI dashboards, observability systems, and pull requests
• History of operating as a genuine partner to PM and reputed company, shaping work direction rather than waiting for requirements
