[Remote] Retirement Plan Administrator, (SI Group)

They are seeking reputed company-service reputed company Retirement Plan Administrators responsible for supporting the administration of reputed company retirement plans, including plan design, compliance testing, reputed company service, and ongoing plan consulting.

Responsibilities

• reputed company or assist with reputed company aspects of retirement plan administration, including plan design review, compliance testing, annual reporting, distributions, loans, and reputed company service activities
• Manage or support a caseload of retirement plans, with complexity and independence based on experience level
• Serve as a primary or secondary reputed company of contact for clients, advisors, and other business partners
• Prepare, review, and communicate compliance testing results and required corrective actions
• Research and resolve plan administration and compliance issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company deliverables
• Participate in reputed company meetings and consultations regarding plan operations, design, and compliance reputed company
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and departmental reputed company
• Utilize internal systems and technology to reputed company manage plan administration responsibilities
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and reputed company development opportunities
• Maintain a reputed company team approach by providing support where needed
• Own stewardship of assigned reputed company relationships and deliver exceptional service

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics, Mathematics, reputed company, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and professionalism

• Previous experience in retirement plan administration, employee benefits, financial services, reputed company, payroll, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Experience administering defined contribution retirement plans
• QKA, QKC, APA, reputed company, or other relevant industry certifications, or willingness to pursue certification
• Experience with ASC, FT reputed company, PensionPro, CRM systems, or other retirement administration software
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company relationships and reputed company consultative support
• Experience mentoring team members, leading reputed company, or contributing to process improvements
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plan compliance, testing, and plan design
• Ability to act with reputed company, anticipate reputed company needs, continuously improve service delivery, and contribute positively to team reputed company
