This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions reputed company reputed company systems to improve patient care and support reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining extracts and reports reputed company a hospital's reputed company system and various reputed company information systems
• Work on new Report builds like Reporting workbench, Slicer/Dicer and reputed company
• Work on reputed company upgrades and Nova Notes
• This role will require to work on error handling in reputed company including creating/modifications of error queues and using support utilities in reputed company
• This resource needs to work on content management activities
• Excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc
• This resource needs to work with business stakeholders and IT team to troubleshoot reputed company report issues and problems reputed company to break-fixes and other support activities
• Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate any reputed company issues or risks with team leads/scrum masters/project leaders
• This resource will also work with end-users to help communicate enhancements/improvements needed for business processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or reputed company IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Up to date reputed company Certified in reputed company, Caboodle and in either reputed company Clinical Data Model or reputed company Data Model modules
• 3-6 years of recent experience in reputed company analytics and reporting enhancements, break-fixes and support activities
• Experience with US reputed company data models
• Remote work with the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Also, reputed company on-reputed company support on a rotating reputed company
• Experience in new Report builds, Modifications and analysis on existing reports
• Good to have experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense or any other reporting tool
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other regulations that reputed company hospitals and clinics preferred
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and communication skills
